Mark has served in a variety of key sales positions throughout his 40 years in the industry. His specialization has been in international sales and distribution, developing relationships with some of the biggest retailers and distributors internationally, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in annual sales.

He has served as VP of Sales for Safety First leading their international sales division; VP of International Sales for California Innovations; Sr. VP of International Sales for Jakks Pacific; Sr. VP of International Sales for Orb; and Sr. VP of International Sales for Wowwee before becoming a founder of Position Ventures Group.

Mark has sold to and serviced some of the biggest retailers internationally including but not limited to:

Tesco, Asda, Smyths, Costco UK, Costco Canada, Canadian Tire, Carrefour France, Auchan France, El Corte Spain, Hippercor Spain, CoOp Italia Italy, Kardstat Germany, Metro Germany, Kmart Australia, Big W Australia, Bunnings Australia, The Warehouse New Zealand, Ito Yokado Japan, Aeon Japan, Costco Japan, Muji Japan, Emart Korea, Costco Korea, Lotte Korea, Liverpool Mexico, Walmart Mexico, Soriana Mexico, and Costco Mexico.

Mark earned a bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Industrial Relations and Economics and currently resides in Montreal, Canada.

Jeff is a Florida native that now resides in Houston, Texas. His 38 years of experience in sales and marketing has been in a variety of market segments including fitness, sporting goods, housewares, home décor, and toys.

His career started as a road salesman for Diversified Products before becoming an independent sales rep. He then moved upward to serve as VP of USA Sales for California Innovations before serving as CEO of a Swedish-based start-up in the USA, Waboba Inc. Jeff quickly established the company in the water sports marketplace and Waboba is now widely known as a premium brand within the industry.

For the past 10 years, Jeff has been in business development for entrepreneurial companies in the USA. During this time, he honed his expertise in logistics, operations, EDI, Retail Link, and e-commerce sales and solutions.

His career spans managing major accounts from Walmart USA to Dick’s Sporting Goods, and all sizes of retailers in between. Jeff has also recruited and managed national independent sales forces.

His relationships also extend to 3rd party distribution centers, logistics companies, freight forwarders, packaging suppliers, branding agencies, and sourcing.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Millikin University and a master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.

Alexis has experience working for both entrepreneurial startups and Fortune 500 companies in product development, social media, and branding.

Her career began in New York City where she worked in the luxury goods and cosmetics industry, gaining valuable experience in global marketing and e-commerce.

She brings to Position Ventures Group her expertise in direct-to-consumer goods, promotions, influencer relationships, marketing, and branding. She is passionate about social media’s ability to expand brand reach and build a community around company values and adds to the team her knowledge of Millenial and Gen Z buyer behaviors.

She has relationships with branding and advertising agencies to aid in product photography and photo shoots, graphic design, PR, videography, and paid media.

Alexis earned a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and her master’s in Business Administration from Louisiana State University and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
